体外受精胚胎移植术后异位妊娠患者真实体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on the real paternity experience of ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

目的探讨体外受精胚胎移植术后异位妊娠患者的真实体验,为能提供更好的干预,优化生殖护理服务提供依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,利用目的抽样法,对14例体外受精胚胎移植术后异位妊娠患者进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼3大主题:生理体验(躯体疼痛、形象受损、生活质量下降);心理感受(承受能力低下、难过-害怕-痛苦、敏感-焦虑-抑郁);期待获得的支持(渴望关注及沟通、关注自身检查结果、期待生育知识教育)。结论体外受精胚胎移植术后异位妊娠患者面临着过多压力,应进一步关注其身心健康,重视体外受精胚胎移植术后患者及家属的健康教育工作,进一步优化生殖护理服务。

Objective To explore the authentic experience of ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,and to provide better interventions and basis for optimizing reproductive nursing service. Methods By using qualitative phenomenological research methods,purposely select and deeply interview 14 cases of ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer and analyze the datas by using Colaizzi 7 step method. Results The 3 themes of the experience were refined:Physiological feelings(physical pain,image damage,quality of life decline);psychological feelings(low tolerance,sad fear pain,sensitive anxiety depression);support expected to be obtained(eager to pay attention to and communicate,pay attention to their own examination results,and expect reproductive knowledge education). Concusion Ectopic pregnancy after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer are facing too much pressure. We should pay more attention to the physical and mental health of them,and pay more attention to the health education of patients and their families after IVF-ET,and further optimize the reproductive care services.
