摘要
为筛选出综合性状优良的糯高粱品系,应用灰色关联度分析方法,对56份糯高粱品系的6个农艺性状的关联度进行了分析。结果表明,56份糯高粱品系不同性状的变异系数存在较大差异,参试材料的遗传变异比较丰富,穗粒质量的权重系数最高,产量的权重系数次之;以青壳洋为“理想品种”进行灰色关联度分析,品系1-26B/0122B-3、红茅粱后代-2、国窖红、1-26B/0122B-1、01B-1较好,以千粒质量最小、其他性状最大为“理想品种”进行灰色关联度分析,品系湘糯R/泸恢1变-3、M60826/055059、湘糯R/泸恢1变-1、国窖红、11476B-1较好。研究结果对糯高粱新品种选育和种质资源进一步开发利用具有重要的指导意义。
To screen the glutinous sorghum lines with good comprehensive characters,the correlation degree of 6 agronomic characters of 56 glutinous sorghum lines was analyzed by grey correlation analysis method.The results showed that the variation coefficients of different characters of 56 glutinous sorghum lines were significantly different,and the genetic variation of the tested materials was abundant.The weight coefficient of spike grain quality was the highest,followed by the yield.Taking Qingkeyang as the"ideal variety",line 1-26b/0122B-3,Hongmaoliang Progeny-2,Guojiaohong,1-26b/0122B-1 and 01B-1 were better.The variety with the lowest 1000-grain quality and the largest other characters was taken as the"ideal variety",the lines of Xiangnuo R/Luhui 1-bian-3,M60826/055059,Xiangnuo R/Luhui 1-bian-1,Guojiaohong,11476B-1 were better.The results had guiding significance on the breeding of new sorghum varieties and the further development and utilization of germplasm resources.
