多元化延续护理对改善老年COPD患者生活质量的影响

Effect of multiple continuous care on improving the quality of life of elderly patients with COPD

目的研究多元化延续护理对老年COPD患者生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2017年9月—2019年3月入住老年科的93例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组的47例患者给予呼吸内科常规护理,定期电话随访。观察组的46例患者在对照组护理基础上实施多元化延续护理,出院3个月后评价患者生活质量、依从性、自理能力情况。结果出院3个月后,观察组的生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多元化延续护理可提高老年COPD患者治疗的依从性,能够明显提高患者的自我护理能力,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of diversified continuous nursing on the quality of life of COPD patients in old age.Methods 93 elderly COPD patients admitted to Geriatrics from September 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the subjects of study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.In control group,47 patients were given routine nursing care and regular telephone follow-up.The 46 patients in the observation group were treated on the basis of control group nursing,and their quality of life,compliance and self-care ability were evaluated after 3 months of discharge.Results 3 months after discharge,the quality of life scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the activity of daily life(ADL)score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multiple continuous nursing can improve the compliance of COPD patients,improve their self-nursing ability and quality of life.
