美丽乡村视域下农村体育文化建设的困境与消解

社会结构的变化,给美丽乡村建设带来了挑战。体育文化建设堪称美丽乡村繁荣发展的有利推手。农民体育文化认知较低,缺乏正确引导;农村体育设施缺乏针对性,后续管理缺失;农村体育组织发展滞后。要走出现实困境,必须做到以下三点:第一,发挥政府宣传和引导的功能,激发农民的体育锻炼意识;第二,合理配置体育资源,完善体育设施后期管理工作;第三,动员社会力量参与,实现供给的多元化和多样化。

With the development of urban and rural planning,the social structure has changed,bringing challenges to the construction and development of beautiful countryside.The construction of sports culture plays an indelible and important role as the driving force for the prosperity and development of beautiful countryside.The cognition of farmers'sports culture is low and lacks of correct guidance.Rural sports facilities are lack of pertinence and follow-up management.Rural sports organizations lag behind.To overcome the difficulties,the following three points should be considered.Firstly,governments should play an advocacy and guidance functions to stimulate farmers'awareness of physical training.Secondly,allocate sports resources reasonably and improve the management of sports facilities in the later stage.Thirdly,foster the participation of social forces and realize the diversity and diversity of supply and other countermeasures.
