艺术设计类高职院校存在师资实力不强、校企合作难以深化、人才培养与市场需求脱节等问题。调研发现,“放管服”改革有助于改善艺术类高职院校的办学条件。深化“放管服”改革是艺术类高职院校激发活力、增强竞争力的必然要求。

There are some development bottlenecks in the education and teaching of art and design vocational colleges,such as the lack of teachers,the difficulty in deepening the cooperation between schools and enterprises,the disconnection between talent training and market demand.The reform of“management and service”helps improve the conditions for running higher vocational colleges of arts and designs.Deepening“management service”reform in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement to keep its vitality and enhance its competitiveness.
