PPP模式在高职院校实训基地建设中的应用

Research on the Application of PPP Mode in the Construction of Training Base in Higher Vocational Colleges

实训基地作为培养高素质技术技能专业人才的重要载体,是高职院校实现内涵发展的关键要素。本文从PPP模式运行的内在逻辑出发,结合现阶段高职教育改革政策要求,从动因、适用性及法律依据三个层面系统分析了PPP模式应用于高职院校实训基地建设的可行性,得出PPP模式适用于高职院校实训基地项目建设的判断,并提出在高职院校实训基地建设中应用PPP模式的具体建议。

As an important carrier of training high-quality technical talents,training base is the key to realize the connotative development of higher vocational colleges.Starting from the basic connotation and characteristics of PPP mode,this paper combines with the current higher vocational education reform policy requirements to systematically analyze the feasibility of PPP mode applied to the construction of training base from three aspects of motivation,applicability and legal basis,and puts forward the conclusion that PPP mode is applicable to training base project.On this basis,it puts forward relevant suggestions.
