金融发展与中国能源效率的影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于2003-2019年中国29个省市的面板数据,采用非径向DEA数据包络模型计算全要素能源效率,建立Tobit模型,验证金融发展对能源效率的影响效应,并通过中介效应来阐释其内在的影响路径。研究结果显示,中国能源效率空间上看自西向东逐步提高,时间上看与金融发展有大致相同的增长趋势;金融发展对全要素能源效率具有显著的促进作用;对外开放与能源效率正相关,而政府影响力、外商直接投资与之负相关;金融发展对能效提高的促进作用存在技术进步的中介效应。这表明,推动金融发展,同时为创新和研发提供金融支持以实现技术进步,能有效提高能源使用效率。 This paper selects the panel data of 29 provinces and cities in China from 2003 to 2019,uses the non-radial Data Envelopment Analysis model to calculate the total factor energy efficiency of different regions,and then uses financial development as the core variable to establish the Tobit model to verify its influence on energy efficiency.Moreover,to explain its internal influence path through the intermediary effect.The results of the study show that the energy efficiency of China has gradually increased from west to east in space,showing a growth trend that is roughly the same as that of financial development in terms of time;financial development has a significant promotion effect on total factor energy efficiency;opening to the outside world is positively correlated with energy efficiency,while government influence and foreign direct investment are negatively correlated with it;financial development has a Mediating Effect of technological progress in promoting energy efficiency.It shows that promoting financial development while providing financial support for innovation and R&D to achieve technical progress can effectively improve energy efficiency.
