食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15表达变化及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression changes and clinical significance of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 in esophageal carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的观察食管癌组织细胞分裂周期蛋白25B(CDC25B)、凋亡抑制蛋白PED/PEA-15表达变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法选择食管癌患者80例,取手术切除的新鲜食管癌组织及其配对的癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组化法检测CDC25B、PED/PEA-15表达。比较食管癌组织与癌旁正常组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15阳性表达变化,并分析食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15阳性表达与患者临床病理特征的关系。采用Spearman秩相关分析法分析食管癌组织CDC25B阳性表达与PED/PEA-15阳性表达的关系。采用Kaplan-Meier生存分析法分析食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15表达与患者预后的关系。结果食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织(χ^2分别为53.461、57.427,P均<0.01)。食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15阳性表达与肿瘤临床分期有关(P均<0.05),而与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、肿瘤部位、肿瘤组织分化程度和淋巴结转移无关(P均>0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,食管癌组织CDC25B表达与PED/PEA-15表达呈正相关关系(ρ=0.580,P<0.01)。CDC25B、PED/PEA-15阳性表达者5年总体生存率均低于其阴性表达者(χ^2分别为4.557、3.845,P均<0.05)。结论食管癌组织CDC25B、PED/PEA-15表达升高,其表达变化与肿瘤临床分期和患者预后有关。CDC25B、PED/PEA-15有可能成为食管癌早期诊断和靶向治疗的生物标志物。 Objective To observe the expression changes of cell division cycle 25B(CDC25B)and inhibitor of apoptosis protein PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma tissues and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Eighty cases of esophageal carcinoma tissues were selected.Fresh esophageal carcinoma tissues resected surgically and paired adjacent normal tissues were collected.The expression levels of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 were detected by immunohistochemistry.The positive expression changes of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues were compared,and the relationship between the positive expression changes of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma and the clinicopathological characteristics of patients was analyzed.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the positive expression of CDC25B and the positive expression of PED/PEA-15 in esophageal carcinoma.Kaplan Meier survival analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of CDC25B,PED/PEA-15 and the prognosis of patients.Results The positive expression rates of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma tissues were higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues(χ^2=53.461,57.427,both P<0.01).The positive expression levels of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma tissues were related to the clinical stage(P<0.05),but not to gender,age,tumor diameter,tumor location,tissue differentiation or lymph node metastasis(all P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression of CDC25B was positively correlated with the expression of PED/PEA-15 in the esophageal carcinoma tissues(ρ=0.580,P<0.01).The 5-year overall survival rate of patients with positive expression of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 was lower than that of patients with negative expression(χ^2=4.557,3.845,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 increase in the esophageal carcinoma tissues and the expression changes of CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 are related to the clinical stage and prognosis of patients;CDC25B and PED/PEA-15 may be the tumor biomarkers of esophageal carcinoma.
