刍议升降散在火郁乳腺疾病中的临床运用

Clinical Application of Shengjiang Powder in the Treatment of Breast Diseases with Fire Stagnation

文章探讨升降散在火郁乳腺疾病中的运用。分别从火郁乳腺疾病的病因、升降散治疗乳腺疾病的机理进行探讨。认为火郁所致的乳腺疾病,予升降散能够透达郁热(火),顺应病势,因势利导,给郁热(火)外出之路。临证时需辨病与辨证相结合,局部辨证与全身辨证相结合,配合不同的方药,同时结合外治法,以进一步提高临床疗效。并列举临床验案3则,以飨同道。

This article discusses the application of Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of breast diseases of fire stagnation.The pathogeny of breast diseases due to fire stagnation and the mechanism of Shengjiang Powder in treating breast disease were discussed.It is believed that the breast diseases caused by fire stagnation can be transmitted to heat depression(fire)by Sheng Jiang Powder,which can adapt to the situation and guide the way out for heat depression(fire).In order to further improve the clinical efficacy,it is necessary to combine disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation,local syndrome differentiation with systemic syndrome differentiation,with different medicines and external treatment.Three clinical cases were enumerated for the same purpose.
