Experience of JIA Aimin in the Treatment of Depression from Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type

贾爱民主任认为,抑郁症以肝郁为主要病机,气机不畅贯穿疾病始终,病位以肝为主,与心脾相关,日久累及五脏,因此临床主要以肝郁脾虚及心脾两虚症候多见。疾病总属本虚标实,治疗上注重辨证与辨病相结合,遵循舒肝理气、健脾养心安神的治疗原则,随症加减,临床效果明显。

From the director of JIA Aimin’s perspective,the mainly pathogenesis of depression is liver stagnation.Meanwhile,the stasis of liver Qi is throughout the disease.In the course of disease,liver is principal pothological changes of organ,which related to the heart and spleen,and affects the five Zang organs for a long time.So,the liver depression and spleen deficiency and heart and spleen deficiency is common in the clinical symptoms.For the mechanism of the disease,it is belong to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity.Therefore,adhere to the therapeutic principles of soothing the liver and regulating Qi,strengthening the spleen,tranquilizing the mind by nourishing the heart,which we should combine the disease and syndrome differentiation in the treatment.According to the different conditions,flexible treating by addition and subtraction of drug types and dosages,the clinical effect is obvious.
