基于数据挖掘探究中医药治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭的用药规律

Research on Medication Rules of Chinese Medicine for the treatment of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction based on Data Mining

目的:分析中医药治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭的用药规律。方法:将知网、万方、维普数据库中收录的有关治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭的处方组成录入古今医案云平台,进行频数、关联和聚类分析。结果:共纳入了91个处方,得到了高频使用的中药22味,常用的药物组合16个,以及3个聚类处方。结论:中医治疗射血分数保留性心力衰竭,常用药物主要是丹参、黄芪、甘草等,常用药对组合主要有“黄芪-丹参”“川芎-丹参”“川芎-黄芪”等。常以益气活血为基本治疗原则,随证配合补阴、温阳、化饮等治法。

Objective:To analyze the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction.Methods:The composition of prescriptions for treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction included in the databases of CNIK,Wanfang,and Weipu were entered into the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform,and frequency,correlation and cluster analysis were performed.Results:A total of 91 prescriptions were included,22 frequently used Chinese medicines,16 commonly used drug combinations,and 3 cluster prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is mainly salvia miltiorrhiza,astragalus,licorice,etc.The commonly used drug pair combinations mainly include“Astragalus and Salvia”,“Ligusticum chuanxiong and Salvia”,“Ligusticum chuanxiong and Astragalus”and so on.The basic treatment principle is often based on the principle of replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation.
