经济发展视角的创新创业人才培养研究

Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talent Cultivation from the Perspective of Economic Development

创新创业是驱动经济发展的重要引擎。而高等教育机构,尤其是研究型大学在刺激和保持区域和国家经济增长方面发挥着关键作用,这些大学一方面促成了师生技术成果转化,另一方面培养了具有创新创业精神和实践能力的学生,而他们创建了大量创新驱动型公司,为经济的持续发展、繁荣和国家竞争优势的形成奠定了基础。基于此,本文利用相关文献和调研,从创新创业人才培养和经济发展之间关系的视角,论述了高等教育机构创新创业人才培养在促进经济发展中的重要性,并以国内外知名工科特色高校麻省理工学院和同济大学创新创业人才培养实践为例,进一步阐述高等教育机构致力于创新创业人才培养的紧迫性和必要性。建议我国大学在当前国家创新驱动发展战略和全球新经济发展模式下持续加强创新创业教育,在更大程度上为我国经济转型升级和提质增效培养驾驭并引领数字经济时代的创新创业人才。

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the engine to drive economic development.Higher education institutions,especially research universities,play a key role in stimulating and sustaining regional and national economic growth,which,on the one hand,foster a large number of skilled employees,on the other hand,cultivate innovative entrepreneurial students to start up a large number of innovation-driven companies which sustain national economic development,prosperity and competitive advantage.Based on this,the paper discusses the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in promoting economic development from the perspective of economic development,and takes Tongji University s and MIT s innovation and entrepreneurship practice as examples to further elaborate the urgency and necessity of enhancing innovation and entrepreneurship education.It is suggested that university should strengthen the development of innovative entrepreneurship education and cultivate students with innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and competencies under the current innovation-driven national strategy and new economic development mode so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's economic development.
