血管性痴呆治疗的相关研究进展

Research progress on the treatment of vascular dementia

目的汇总血管性痴呆常见的发病机制以及相关药物治疗和辅助治疗的研究成果,为该病的防治及临床用药提供理论基础及方向。方法查阅并整理国内外近年的相关文献,进行归纳总结。结果阐述并总结了盐酸多奈哌齐、丁苯酞、尼莫地平和丹参酚B等常见药物治疗以及辅助治疗方法针灸和高压氧治疗。结论血管性痴呆的发病机制尚不完全明确,临床用药及实验室研究表明,针对不同病人的发病机制应实施个体化的药物治疗方案。

Objective To summarize the common pathogenesis of vascular dementia and the research results of related drugs and adjuvant therapy,so as to provide a theoretical basis and direction for the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia and clinical medication.Methods The relevant domestic and foreign literatures in recent years were searched and summarized.Results The common drugs donepezil hydrochloride,butylphthalide,nimodipine and salvianol B,as well as acupuncture and hyperbaric oxygen therapy were described and summarized.Conclusion The pathogenesis of vascular dementia is not clear completely.Through clinical medication and laboratory research,individualized drug treatment should be implemented for the pathogenesis in different patients,which is of great significance for the treatment and in-depth study of vascular dementia.
