摘要 1案例1.1简要案情被鉴定人赵某,男,23岁,2016年8月25日凌晨2时许,拨打119报警称:在川沙六团某地有一泡沫桶着火。经侦查查明,赵某自2015年10月以来在川沙地区多次随意放火后用手机拨打119报警,报警次数高达34次。
