摘要
“拼多多”凭借着创新的营销策略、精确的市场定位与C2M的制造优势在经济发展中呈现出强势的竞争生态与巨大的商业潜力,并引发了电商行业的新思考。本文通过对“拼多多”发展历程中的运营模式与竞争优势的多角度分析,对其在未来电商征程里的竞争力提升进行了展望,为其他电商平台营销策略的制定及商业模式的创新提供新思路。
With the innovative marketing strategy,accurate market positioning and c2m manufacturing advantages,“PinDuoDuo”presents a strong competitive ecology and huge commercial potential in the economic development,and has triggered new thinking of the e-commerce industry.Based on the multi angle analysis of the operation mode and competitive advantage in the development process of pinduoduo,the paper looks forward to the improvement of its competitiveness in the development of e-commerce in the future,and provides new ideas for the formulation of marketing strategies and business model innovation of other e-commerce platforms.
