摘要 为了实现对电压检测以及完成数据传输的要求,系统针对电压检测精度、成本、通信方式等问题,提出围绕STC12C5A60S2核心控制芯片的电压检测系统,并通过芯片自身的10位A/D转换器完成对待测电压的模数转换。检测系统能实现精确度较高的电压检测操作,而且系统依靠LCD1602动态显示系统检测的电压值,对于超标的情况采取相应的警示。电压检测系统与上位机之间依靠MODBUS协议构建数据通道,实现远程实时查看系统检测的电压值,经过测试,系统能实现设计功能。 For the sake of completing the demands of voltage detection and data transmission,the system proposes a voltage detection system around the STC12C5A60S2 core control chip for voltage detection accuracy,cost and communication mode,and completes the analog⁃to⁃digital conversion of the measured voltage through the chip’s own 10⁃bit A/D converter.The detection system can realize the operation of voltage detection with high accuracy,and the system can dynamically display the voltage value detected by the system based on LCD1602,and take corresponding warnings for the case of exceeding the standard.The data channel between the voltage detection system and the upper computer is constructed by MODBUS protocol to realize the remote real⁃time view of the system detection voltage value.After the test,the system can realize the design function.
