基于模糊算法的输电线路允许输送容量技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为避免传统技术获取输电线路允许输送容量值与实际值相差较大的问题,提出基于模糊算法的输电线路允许输送容量技术的研究。在模糊算法原理基础下,计算输电线路热平衡,判断输电线路允许输送容量值。采用模糊算法计算输电线路载流量,通过模拟电流过大、风速过慢、日照强度过高等因素,构建输电线路温升方程,为输电线路处理故障问题提供充裕时间。根据输电线路允许输送容量输入与输出的对应关系,控制输电线路载流量,获取输电线路允许输送容量值。实验结果表明:该技术获取输电线路允许输送容量值与实际值一致,为输电线路稳定运行提供安全保障。 In order to avoid the problem that the traditional technology obtains the transmission capacity value of transmission line is quite different from the actual value,this paper presents the research of transmission line allowable capacity technology based on fuzzy algorithm.Based on the principle of fuzzy algorithm,the heat balance of transmission line is calculated,and the allowable transmission capacity of transmission line is judged.The fuzzy algorithm is used to calculate the transmission line load flow,and the transmission line temperature rise equation is constructed to provide sufficient time for the transmission line to deal with the fault problem by simulating the factors of excessive current,slow wind speed and high sunshine intensity.According to the relationship between the input and output of the transmission capacity,the transmission line load flow is controlled to obtain the transmission line line allows delivery capacity values.The experimental results show that the transmission capacity of the transmission line is consistent with the actual value,which provides the safety guarantee for the stable operation of the transmission line.
