摘要 在现代数字处理技术领域,为应对不断增长的数据传输速率的需求,GTX互联通信作为高速串行通信技术的重要组成部分,成为高速数据传输的主要方案。GTX互联通信通过Vivado软件的IP核设计了完整的通信工程,采用Kintex-7系列FPGA实现了GTX互联验证平台,通信速率为5 Gb/s。通过IBERT建立了简便的信道测试方法,利用ILA进行了通信数据测试,简化了GTX接口电路和测试方法。最终利用Vivado的Debug功能,验证测试了GTX互联通信程序,数据接收准确无误,实验结果表明GTX互联通信稳定可靠。 In the field of modern digital processing technology,the demand for data transmission rates is increasing.Gigabit Transceiver X(GTX)interconnect communication,as an important part of high⁃speed serial data transmission,has become the main solution for high⁃speed data transmission.A complete communication project was designed through the Intellectual Property(IP)core by Vivado,and a GTX interconnect verification platform was implemented by Kintex-7 series Field Programmable Gate Arrays(FPGA)in the GTX interconnect communication system with a communication rate of 5Gb/s.A simple channel test method was established by Integrated Bit Error Ratio Test(IBERT).And communication data test experiments were established by Integrated Logic Analyzer(ILA).This design simplifies the GTX interface circuit and test methods.Finally,Vivado's Debug function was used to verify and test the GTX interconnect communication program.The data reception was accurate.The experimental results show that the GTX interconnect communication is stable and reliable.
