摘要
本文简要介绍了水轮机蜗壳蛋形设计技术,并对蜗壳进行流体力学分析和数值模型研究。其间基于三维建模软件SolidWorks搭建了某款水轮机蜗壳的三维实体模型,并基于网格划分工具对其进行合理的网格划分,为后续蜗壳稳定性能的研究奠定基础。
This paper briefly introduced the egg-shaped design technology of the turbine volute,and conducted hy⁃drodynamic analysis and numerical model research on the volute.In the meantime,a three-dimensional solid model of a certain turbine volute was built based on the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,and a reasonable meshing was performed on it based on a meshing tool,laying a foundation for the subsequent study of the stability of the volute.
