摘要
本文通过在航空油料库区域固定设置阴极保护检测桩、防雷装置检测桩、接地电阻基准桩,准确获取一年四季场站防雷装置检测数据,掌握在不同季节、不同时段、不同土壤电阻率、不同气候条件下的各项参数变化,提高航空油料库防雷检测数据的溯源性、连续性和对比性;同时,通过对比和研判检测数据和参数,对雷电和静电可能导致的人员伤亡、财产损失程度与危害范围等方面进行综合分析,为民航输油气站提供雷电防护的科学设计、危害风险控制、经济投资、应急管理等方面服务。
In this paper,the cathodic protection detection piles,lightning protection device detection piles,and grounding resistance reference piles were fixedly installed in the aviation fuel storage area to accurately obtain the de⁃tection data of the lightning protection devices of the stations throughout the year,master the changes of various pa⁃rameters in different seasons,different time periods,different soil resistivities,and different climatic conditions,and improve the traceability,continuity and contrast of the lightning protection detection data of aviation fuel depots;at the same time,through comparison and study of test data and parameters,the aspects such as personal injuries and deaths,degree of property damage and scope of harm were comprehensively analyzed that may be caused by lightning and static electricity,in order to provide services such as scientific design of lightning protection,hazard risk control,economic investment,and emergency management for civil aviation oil and gas transmission stations.
