电厂330 MW机组四大管道支吊架检查与调整

摘要 某电厂2号机组四大管道支吊架运行过程中暴露多处缺陷。本文利用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对管系进行系统的应力分析,并结合现场检查结果,在冷态时对四大管道支吊架进行相应调整,确保机组的安全稳定运行,最后对支吊架的检查维护提出了意见。 Several defects were exposed during the operation of the four major pipeline supports and hangers of Unit 2 of a power plant. This paper used CAESAR Ⅱ software to carry out systematic stress analysis on the piping system,and combined with the on-site inspection results, adjusted the four major pipeline supports and hangers in cold state to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit, finally put forward opinions on the inspection and maintenance of supports and hangers.
