摘要
2020年4月1日起,山东省地面气象观测自动化改革正式实现业务运行,自动化观测能力显著提升。随着新型自动化观测设备的增加,主采集器已没有足够接口直接挂接,而DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器的投入使用解决了由于设备增加、线路繁多而无法直接挂接问题。本文详细介绍了DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器系统的组成和工作原理,并以庆云国家气象观测站一次DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器故障解决过程为例,介绍故障排查方法,探讨DPZ1型综合集成硬件控制器故障处理的流程和方法,有效地提升气象工作人员对故障的分析处理能力和应急响应能力。
Starting from April 1,2020,the automatic reform of surface meteorological observation in Shandong Prov⁃ince has officially realized business operation,and the ability of automatic observation has been significantly im⁃proved.With the increase of new automatic observation equipment,the main collector has not enough interfaces to di⁃rectly connect,and the use of the DPZ1 comprehensive integrated hardware controller solves the problem of being un⁃able to directly connect due to the increase in equipment and numerous lines.This paper introduced the composition and working principle of the DPZ1 integrated hardware controller system in detail,and took the process of solving the failure of the DPZ1 integrated hardware controller at Qingyun National Meteorological Observatory as an example to introduce the troubleshooting methods,and discussed the process and method of DPZ1 comprehensive integrated hardware controller failure processing,so as to effectively improve the analysis and processing capabilities of meteoro⁃logical personnel and emergency response capabilities.
