摘要
[目的/意义]尝试明晰专利合作在技术转移中的重要作用,有助于建立具有良好技术转移绩效的合作网络,加速科技成果转移转化。[方法/过程]结合社会网络分析理论和方法,从整体网角度研究专利合作对技术转移的影响,并利用探索性因子分析与结构方程模型识别关键影响因素及作用路径,为建立高技术转移绩效的科研合作网络提供相关建议。[结果/结论]结果表明,专利合作对技术转移具有显著影响。其中,连通因子对技术转移绩效具有显著的正向影响,规模因子对技术转移绩效具有显著的负向影响,流动因子影响不显著。因此科研院所应有所侧重地布局科研合作网络,挖掘更多潜在合作对象,实施更均衡的资源配置,推动更高频的组织间互动交流,从而全面促进技术转移和成果转化。
[Purpose/significance]Trying to clarify the important role of patent cooperation in technology transfer will help to establish a cooperative network with good technology transfer performance and accelerate the transfer of scientific and technological achievements.[Method/process]Combining social network analysis theories and methods to study the impact of patent cooperation on technology transfer from the perspective of the overall network.Using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model to analyze key influencing factors and action paths,as well as offering some suggestion to the construction of cooperative networks with high performance in technology transfer.[Result/conclusion]The results show that scientific research cooperation has a significant effect on technology transfer,and the connectivity factor has a significant positive effect,the enrichment factor has a significant reverse effect,the flow factor has no significant effect.Therefore,scientific research institutes should focus on the layout of scientific research cooperation networks,dig more potential partners,implement more balanced resource allocation,and promote higher-frequency inter-organizational exchanges,so as to comprehensively promote technology transfer and achievement transformation.
