摘要 [目的/意义]网络舆情研判与预警对政务、网信和媒体宣传意义重大,情报感知是情报研究的新理念,可以为其提供新方法、新模式和新技术路径。[方法/过程]文章梳理分析了当前网络舆情研判与预警研究的问题,基于信息生态解析了网络舆情情报感知的要素,分析了情报感知作用,提出了基于情报感知的网络舆情研判与预警系统架构,讨论了系统构建的重难点,以及情报感知应用的启示。[结果/结论]分析认为,基于情报感知的应用,有利于网络舆情数据感知和智能化计算,有利于网络舆情要素提取和语义关联分析,有利于充分发挥关联情报和知识的优势,有利于准确分析研判网络舆情威胁情报和发展态势,有利于情报感知在网络舆情研究领域的应用创新。 [Purpose/significance]Network public opinion study and early-warning system(NPOSEWS)is of great significance to government affairs,network information and media propaganda,information awareness is a new concept,which can provide new methods,new models and new technical paths for NPOSEWS.[Method/process]This paper analyzed the current research issues of NPOSEWS,the elements of network public opinion information awareness with the perspective of information ecology,and the effect of information awareness.Then,a system architecture based on information awareness of NPOSEWS were put forward,the basic considerations of system design and the enlightenment of information awareness application were discussed.[Result/conclusion]Analysis consider that the application based on information awareness is conducive to the data perception and intelligent calculation of network public opinion,is conducive to the extraction of network public opinion information elements and semantic association analysis,is conducive to give full play to the advantages of associated intelligence and knowledge,to accurately analyze and judge the threat information awareness and the trend of network public opinion,and it is conducive to the application innovation of information awareness in the field of network public opinion research.
