碘掺杂氯氧化铋光催化剂的制备及性能 被引量:2

摘要 利用溶剂热法成功制备了碘掺杂的氯氧化铋光催化剂。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见漫反射和光致发光发射光谱对样品进行分析表征。在可见光照射下,对罗丹明B进行光催化降解,评价了不同碘投加量的氯氧化铋光催化剂的光催化性能。结果表明,对于罗丹明B染料,所有碘掺杂的氯氧化铋样品光催化活性均比纯氯氧化铋高。当碘的掺杂量为4%时,光催化性能最好,在45 min内对罗丹明B的去除率可达99%。碘元素的引入拓宽了氯氧化铋的光响应范围,促进了光生载流子的分离,提高了氯氧化铋光催化剂的催化效果。 An iodine-doped BiOCl photocatalyst was successfully prepared by a simple solvothermal method.The as-prepared samples were analyzed and characterized by X ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope,ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection,and photoluminescence emission spectra.The photocatalytic performance of as-prepared samples was evaluated by degradation of rhodamine B under visible light.The results showed that the photocatalytic activity of all iodine-doped BiOCl samples was better than that of pure BiOCl.When the doping amount of iodine was 4%,the photocatalytic performance was the best,and the removal rate of RhB reached 99%in 45 min.The doping of iodine broadened the light response range of bismuth oxychloride,promoted the separation of photogenerated carriers and improved the catalytic effect of bismuth oxychloride photocatalyst.
