CC/PGSE/H2O乳液制备工艺的响应面优化

摘要 以碳酸二辛酯(CC)为分散相,聚甘油单硬脂酸酯(PGSE)为乳化剂,水为连续相,通过响应面法优化了CC/PGSE/H2O乳液的制备工艺,对影响乳液粒径的油相质量分数、均质时间、乳化剂质量分数等因素作粒径和多分散系数的响应面分析。实验结果表明,油相含量对乳液的粒径影响较小,对乳液的多分散系数影响相对较大;均质时间对乳液的粒径和多分散系数影响显著;乳化剂含量对乳液多分散系数影响较大,对乳液粒径的影响极显著。通过响应面优化确定较适实验条件为:油相质量分数14.73%,均质时间6.44 min,乳化剂质量分数4.37%。该条件下模型预测的乳液粒径为315.611 nm,乳液多分散系数为0.3381。优化条件后制备的乳液粒径分分布均匀、稳定性好。 The formulation of CC/PGSE/H2O emulsion was prepared with the dioctyl carbonate as the dispersed phase,the polyglycerol stearate ester as the emulsifier and the water as the continuous phase.The response surface methodology was used to analyze the effects of oil content,homogenization time and emulsifier content on the particle size and particle dispersion index(PDI)of emulsions.The results showed that the effect of oil content had minor effect onthe particle size of emulsion but relatively large effect on its PDI;the homogenization time had significant impact on the particle and PDI.The emulsifier content had a great influence effect on PDI and obvious effect on size.Through the analysis of response surface method,the optimized condition were with oil content of 14.73%,homogenization time of 6.44 min,emulsifier content of 4.37%.Under this conditions,the predicted emulsion particle size was 315.611 nm and PDI was 0.3381.The obtained emulsion had a uniform particle size distribution and the emulsion was particularly stable.
