聚丙烯酸/海藻酸钠/磷虾蛋白水凝胶的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 为改善聚丙烯酸/海藻酸钠(PAAC/SA)水凝胶的溶胀性,提高PAAC/SA水凝胶亲水性,将磷虾蛋白(AKP)引入PAAC/SA复合体系,以N′N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和D-葡萄糖酸内酯为交联剂制备了具有自愈合性的多重交联网状水凝胶。采用傅里叶变换光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜等对改性水凝胶的化学结构、热性质、表面形貌进行了表征和分析。结果表明,随着磷虾蛋白的引入,复合体系的水解峰温度逐渐降低,大分子骨架裂解峰不断升高;体系的最大溶胀率随着磷虾蛋白含量的增加呈现先增加后减小的趋势,AKP为0.012、0.024、0.036 g时交联度分别达到58%、78%、29%。磷虾蛋白的引入提高了PAAC/SA体系水凝胶的自愈合能力和亲水性。 Self-healing multi-crosslinked network hydrogels was prepared by introducing krill protein(AKP)polyacrylic acid(PAAC)/sodium alginate(SA)hydrogels using N′N-methylene bisacrylamide and D-gluconolactone as crosslinking agents with the aim of improving the swelling property of PAAC/SA hydrogels and the hydrophilicity of PAAC/SA hydrogels.The chemical structure,thermal properties and surface morphology of the modified hydrogel were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform spectrometer,differential scanning calorimeter and scanning electron microscope techniques.The results showed that the maximum hydrolysis temperature of the prepared hydrogels was gradually decreased and the cracking peak intensity of the macromolecular skeleton was continuously increased after introduction of the AKP into hydrogels.The maximum swelling ratio of the hydrogel was initially increased and then decreased with increasing the content of in hydrogels.When the AKP content was 0.012,0.024 and 0.036 g,the crosslinking degree of prepared hydrogel was 58%,78%and 29%,respectively.The introduction of AKP into PAAC/SA hydrogels improved the self-healing ability and the hydrophilicity of PAAC/SA hydrogels.
