摘要
社会信用体系构建出了新的诚信道德规则体系,正在改变社会文化和大众生活方式。只有通过诚信教育作为转换媒介,才能使诚信道德规则体系落地施行,将每个人的思维和行为方式纳入符合诚信道德规则的轨道。传统诚信教育方法难以起到转换媒介作用,必须利用社会信用体系提供的技术和信用信息基础设施支撑,研发新型诚信教育方法,才能实现目标转换。比较传统诚信教育方法,基于社会信用体系的新型诚信教育方法有着明显不同的特征,包括教育理念、教育目标和技术路线等,而且其方法论是颠覆性的。为创新诚信教育方法,需要为诚信道德规则体系建立新的知识体系。新型诚信教育方法的实践性极强,在实践方法上,全民都将被动参与其中,而主动参与方式则要随着失信惩戒机制的完善而开启。新型和传统两种诚信教育方法之间存在衔接的可能性,或可采取二者叠加使用的策略。
The social credit system has constructed a new system of integrity and ethics rules,which is changing social culture and popular lifestyles.Only by using integrity education as a conversion medium can the system of integrity and ethics rules be implemented,and everyone’s thinking and behavior can be put into the track that conforms to the integrity and ethics rules.Traditional integrity education methods cannot play the role of conversion media.The technology and credit information infrastructure provided by the social credit system must be used to develop new integrity education methods to achieve the conversion goal.Compared with traditional methods of integrity education,the new integrity education method based on the social credit system has distinct characteristics,including educational concepts,educational goals and technical routes,and its methodology is subversive.In order to innovate the method of integrity education,it is necessary to establish a new knowledge system for the system of integrity and ethics rules.The new integrity education method is extremely practical.In terms of practical methods,all people will passively participate in it,and the active participation method will be opened with the improvement of the punishment mechanism for dishonesty.There is a possibility of convergence between the new and traditional methods of integrity education,or a strategy of combining the two can be adopted.
