摘要
本文针对某城郊矿东风井局部井壁出现突水、溃沙的现象,提出了“井筒突水段注浆—地面冻结—井壁修复”的总技术路线,即井筒突水处抢险注浆后,采用地面冻结法进行井壁修复施工。结果表明:该项施工技术在矿井正常生产的前提下对井壁进行修复,保证了井壁的整体性和抗压能力。
Aiming at the phenomenon of water inrush and sand burst in the local shaft wall of Dongfeng shaft in a suburban mine,this paper put forward the general technical route of"grouting in the water inrush section-ground freezing-shaft lining repair",that is,after the emergency grouting at the shaft water inrush place,the ground freezing method was used to repair the shaft wall.The results show that the construction technology can repair the shaft lining under the premise of normal production,and ensure the integrity and compressive capacity of the shaft lining.
