摘要
本文对现场高温轧制与低温轧制生产的L290M进行分析,讨论不同轧制工艺制度下产品性能的均匀性。结果表明:高温轧制全长均匀性保证能力更强,轧制效率更高;高温轧制可取消头尾切舍量,提高综合成材率。
This paper analyzed L290M produced by high temperature rolling and low temperature rolling,and discussed the uniformity of product properties under different rolling processes.The results show that the high temperature rolling can guarantee the uniformity of the whole length and the rolling efficiency is higher;the cutting amount of the head and tail can be cancelled and the comprehensive yield can be improved.
