摘要 混输海底管道介质中常常含有CO2、H2S、盐(氯化物)、砂子和蜡等介质,在流动状态下容易产生各种类型的腐蚀,导致海底管道壁厚减薄或者腐蚀失效,直接影响海底管道的安全运行。本文结合南海某混输管线,通过内检测来检查管道内部情况,并且利用相关评估手段对管道进行进一步分析,分析该管道的腐蚀原因,提出相应的解决方案,从而为其运维管理提供决策依据。 The medium of mixed subsea pipelines often contains mediums such as CO2,H2S,salt(chloride),sand and wax,etc.,which are prone to various types of corrosion in the flowing state,resulting in thinning of the submarine pipeline wall thickness or corrosion failure,which directly affects Safe operation of submarine pipelines.This paper combined a certain mixed transportation pipeline in the South China Sea to inspect the internal condition of the pipeline through internal inspection,and used relevant assessment methods to further analyze the pipeline,analyzed the cause of corrosion of the pipeline,and proposed corresponding integrity solutions for its operation and maintenance management provide a basis for decision-making.
