摘要
河南省是人口第一大省,数量众多的湿式堆存尾矿库一旦发生事故,后果不堪设想。因此笔者提出应急溢洪道思路,即保留原尾矿库排水井-隧洞的排洪设施,同时在尾矿库初期坝左岸或右岸设置应急溢洪道。该应急溢洪道设计防洪频率根据尾矿库的等级和重要性具体按照国家规范取定,即设计防洪标准,从而形成尾矿库双排洪系统。同时,对应急溢洪道采用预制混凝土渠道设计、预制渠道制作、安装与维修等技术进行研究。通过这样的设计,可以大大提升尾矿库排洪系统的安全系数,防止排洪系统失效导致的尾矿库事故。
Henan province is the most populous province,a large number of wet stockpiling tailings ponds once the accident,the consequences are unimaginable.Therefore the author put forward some ideas of emergency spillway,which would hold the original tailings drain well-tunnel having facilities,at the same time at the beginning of the tailings dam left or the right set up emergency spillway,the emergency spillway design flood frequency according to the specific according to the national standard level and importance of the tailings,fixed the design flood control standard,thus forming the tailings double having system.Meanwhile,the design,manufacture,installation and maintenance of precast concrete channel for emergency spillway were studied.Through this design,the safety coefficient of the flood discharge system of the tailings pond can be greatly improved and the accident of the tailings pond caused by the failure of the flood discharge system can be prevented.
