摘要 为研究橡胶复合改性沥青流变性能,本文借助过Brookfield旋转黏度试验、动态剪切流变试验(DSR)、低温弯曲蠕变试验(BBR)以及扫描电镜和红外光谱微观试验,对橡胶复合改性沥青进行综合分析。结果表明:搅拌时间越久,掺量越大,复合改性沥青黏度越大,掺量增加1倍,黏度增加约4倍;沥青短期老化和长期老化后,70号基质沥青改性后的橡胶复合改性沥青优于90号;70号基质沥青改性下,胶粉掺量降低1倍,劲度模量减少约75%,并与90号基质沥青改性下性能接近;在橡胶和SBS复合改性沥青中,胶粉与SBS发生化学反应,有官能团出现,形成改性剂相和沥青相双连续相,进而改变沥青性能。 In order to study the rheological properties of rubber composite modified asphalt,Brookfield rotational viscosity test,dynamic shear rheological test(DSR),low temperature bending creep test(BBR),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and infrared spectrum micro test were used to comprehensively analyze the rubber composite modified asphalt.The results show that the longer the mixing time and the higher the content,the higher the viscosity of the composite modified asphalt is,and the content is doubled and the viscosity is increased by about 4 times;after shortterm aging and long-term aging of asphalt,the rubber composite modified asphalt modified by 70 matrix asphalt is better than that of 90 matrix asphalt;under the modification of 70 matrix asphalt,the rubber powder content is reduced by one time,and the stiffness modulus is reduced by about 75%In the rubber SBS composite modified asphalt,the rubber powder reacts with SBS and some functional groups appear,forming the modifier phase and asphalt phase bicontinuous phase,thus changing the asphalt performance.
