麝香保心丸联合替罗非班对急性心肌梗死PCI术后血管内皮功能及心功能指标的影响

Effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with tirofiban on vascular endothelial function and cardiac function after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的:观察麝香保心丸联合替罗非班对急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后血管内皮功能及心功能指标的影响。方法:选择2017年9月—2019年8月于我院行PCI治疗的AMI患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,均43例。对照组接受替罗非班治疗,观察组加用麝香保心丸治疗。观察两组血管内皮功能指标、心功能指标。结果:治疗后观察组NO、LVEF高于对照组,ET-1、vWF、LVESV、LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸与替罗非班联合用于因AMI行PCI治疗患者中安全可行,利于提升血管内皮功能及心功能。

Objective:To observe the effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill combined with tirofiban on endothelial function and cardiac function after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Eighty-six patients with AMI who underwent PCI in our hospital from September,2017 to August,2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 43 patients each based on the random number table method.The control group was treated with tirofiban while the observation group with Shexiang Baoxin pill besides.The indexes of vascular endothelial function and cardiac function in two groups were observed.Results:Nitric oxide and 1eft ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)levels were higher while endothelin-1,von Willebrand factor(vWF),1eft ventricular endsystolic volumes(LVESV),left ventricular endsystolic dimension(LVESD)and left ventricular enddiastolic dimension(LVEDD)levels were lower in the observation group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shexiang Baoxin pills and tirofiban is safe and feasible in patients undergoing PCI for AMI,which is beneficial to improve vascular endothelial function and cardiac function.
