空肠插管造口术在消化外科肠内营养中的应用

Application of jejunum intubation and ostomy in enteral nutrition in digestive surgery

目的:探讨空肠插管造口术在消化外科肠内营养中的应用效果。方法:选取90例消化外科肠内营养的患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各45例,分别采用鼻饲法和空肠插管造口术进行肠内营养。随访8周,比较两组患者的营养指标、住院时间、排气时间及并发症发生情况。结果:两组患者营养后体质指数、血清白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清总蛋白均较营养前明显升高,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:空肠插管造口术应用于消化外科肠内营养,临床效果与鼻饲法肠内营养相同,但空肠插管造口术能有效降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of jejunal intubation ostomy on enteral nutrition in digestive surgery.Methods:Ninety patients with enteral nutrition in digestive surgery were selected and divided into a control group(nasal feeding)and an observation group(jejunal cannulation)with 45 cases each based on a random number table.The nutritional indicators,hospitalization time,exhaust time and complications were compared between the two groups after 8 weeks follow-up.Results:The body mass index,the levels of serum albumin,transferrin and total serum protein in the two groups were significantly higher after nutrition than before and the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(6.67%vs 22.22%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of jejunal intubation ostomy applied to enteral nutrition in digestive surgery is the same as that of nasal feeding,but jejunal intubation ostomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
