PBL教学法在普外科胃肠肿瘤临床教学中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨普通外科临床实习教学中PBL教学法的运用分析。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月在本院普通外科临床实习的150名临床医学专业实习生按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组75名使用传统教学方法,观察组75名使用PBL教学法,对比两组的实习考核成绩、教学效果问卷调查、教学满意率。结果观察组在理论成绩、操作技能成绩、问诊/查体/病历书写成绩上均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在自学能力、学习兴趣、文献检索能力、表达能力、灵活应用能力、处理临床问题的综合能力、医患沟通能力、团队协作能力、独立思维能力、成就感等提高比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在整体教学满意率上明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普通外科临床实习教学中PBL教学法的运用效果显著,能明显提高实习生的学习成绩及临床能力,提升整体教学效果和教学满意率,促进了综合教学质量的提高,具有积极的教学意义。 Objective To explore the application and analysis of PBL teaching methods in clinical practice teaching of general surgery.Methods 150 clinical medical interns in the general surgery clinical practice in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group with 75 students was used traditional teaching methods and the observation group with 75 students was used PBL teaching method,compare the two groups’internship assessment scores,teaching effect questionnaire surveys,and teaching satisfaction rates.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in theoretical scores,operational skill scores,and consultation/examination/medical record writing scores(P<0.05).The improvement ratios of application ability,comprehensive ability to deal with clinical problems,doctor-patient communication ability,teamwork ability,independent thinking ability,and sense of achievement were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had a significantly higher overall teaching satisfaction rate Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching of general surgery is significant,it can significantly improve the academic performance and clinical ability of interns,improve the overall teaching effect and teaching satisfaction rate,promote the improvement of comprehensive teaching quality,and have positive teaching significance.
