临床路径管理模式在泌尿外科护理带教中的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨临床路径(clinical path,CP)管理模式在泌尿外科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月—2019年1月本院泌尿外科护理80名护理实习学生作为本次研究对象,将护理实习学生随机分为对照组与试验组,两组各有40名护理实习学生,对照组护理实习学生应用传统护理教学方法,试验组护理实习学生应用临床路径管理模式,对比两组护理实习学生的专科理论考试成绩以及专科技能考试成绩。结果试验组40名护理实习学生的专科理论考试成绩以及专科技能考试成绩均要显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径管理模式在泌尿外科护理带教中具有显著应用效果,能有效提高护理实习学生的考核成绩。 Objective To expore the application effect of clinical path management model in urology nursing teaching.Methods Eighty nursing practice students in urology department of the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the object of this study.The nursing practice students were randomly divided into control group and clinical path management mode group.There were 40 nursing practice students in each group.The nursing practice students in the control group were applied the traditional nursing teaching method,and the clinical path management model group was applied the clinical path management model.The scores of specialized theory examination and specialized skill examination of the two groups of nursing practice students were compared.Results The academic theory test and the technical ability test scores of 40 nursing practice students in the clinical path management model group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical path management model has a significant application effect in urology nursing teaching,and can effectively improve the examination scores of nursing practice students,which is worth popularizing.
