摘要
目的探讨在本科生中西医结合外科临床实习中运用PBL、CBL联合多媒体教学法的效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月在本科室临床实习的70名广州中医药大学临床专业的大五本科实习生,按照数字随机表法随机分为A组(采用PBL、CBL联合多媒体教学法,n=35)与B组(采用传统的教学实习模式,n=35),观察两组的教学效果。结果A组学生的理论课成绩、理论成绩优秀率、临床操作成绩均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组学生在激发学习兴趣、培养临床逻辑思维、调动学习的积极性、提供参与机会、活跃课堂气氛、知识面得到扩展、专业知识易理解与接受、提高沟通合作能力、提升综合分析能力9个方面的得分均高于A组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用PBL、CBL联合多媒体教学法可有效的提高中西医结合外科实习学生的学习成绩和教育质量,提升学生的学习兴趣和专业素质。
Objective To explore the effect of using PBL and CBL combined multimedia teaching method in the clinical practice of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine surgery for undergraduates.Methods 70 Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical professional five undergraduate interns,from September 2018 to September 2019 in clinical practice in our department,were selected and randomly divided into group A(use PBL,CBL combination of multimedia teaching method,n=35)and group B(the traditional mode of teaching practice,n=35)according to the digital random table method,observe the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The scores of the theoretical courses,the excellent rate of the theoretical results and the clinical operation of the students in group A were all higher than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students of group A at stimulating interest in learning,cultivating clinical logical thinking,arouse the enthusiasm of learning,participation opportunity,active classroom atmosphere,knowledge be extended,professional knowledge easy to understand and accept,improve the ability of communication and cooperation,enhance comprehensive analysis ability score were higher than A group of students,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Using PBL and CBL combined multimedia teaching method can effectively improve the academic performance and educational quality of students practicing surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and enhance their interest in learning and professional quality.
