摘要
目的分析住培医师对带教老师的评教结果,为提高住院医师规范化培训带教质量提供依据。方法采用统一制订的住院医师规范化培训带教老师教学质量评价表,对院内2017级、2018级、2019级在培的248名住培医师进行问卷调查,从带教态度、带教内容、带教能力、带教方法、带教效果五个维度进行评教结果分析。结果住培医师评教结果总分为(92.36±5.52)分,2019级住培医师对带教内容评分低于2017级、2018级(P<0.05);2018级住培医师对带教方法评分低于2017级、2019级(P<0.05);2017级住培医师对带教效果评分低于2018级、2019级(P<0.05)。结论住培医师评价带教老师更注重带教内容、带教方法和带教效果,不同年级住培医师对评教维度的关注点不同。
Objective To analyze the results of resident training doctors’evaluation of teaching teachers,so as to provide basis for improving the quality of resident standardized training.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 248 residents in 2017,2018 and 2019 by adopting the standardized teaching quality evaluation form for resident doctors.The results were analyzed from five dimensions:teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching ability,teaching method and teaching effect.Results The total score of resident training physicians was(92.36±5.52).The score of 2019 resident training physicians on teaching content was lower than that of 2017 and 2018(P<0.05);the score of 2018 resident training physicians on teaching method was lower than that of 2017 and 2019(P<0.05);the score of 2017 resident training physicians on teaching effect was lower than that of 2018 and 2019(P<0.05).Conclusion Residents in training pay more attention to the content,method and effect of teaching,and different grades pay different attention to the dimension of teaching evaluation.
