摘要 目的借助信息化教学系统,构建护士岗位培训智慧化管理模式。方法以护士岗位培训目标为依据,结合《护理人员岗位管理细则》构建护士岗位培训智慧化管理模式。结果智慧化培训管理模式的运用,解决了护士工作、休息与培训的矛盾,实现了教学内容的再现性,促进了教学考核结果的公平性,提高了培训效率和护士学习的积极性与满意度,同时节省了管理成本,提升了管理效率。结论智慧化管理模式提高了护士岗位培训的科学性、有效性、公平性和满意度,未来仍需不断改进与完善。 Objective To construct the“intelligent”management model of clinical nursing staff training apply for the information system.Methods Taking the training target of clinical nursing staff as the basis,and combining with the“administrative rules of nursing staff”to construct the“intelligent”management model of clinical nursing staff training.Results The application of the“intelligent”training management model solved the contradiction between the work,rest and training of nursing staff,realized the reproducibility of teaching content,and promoted the fairness of teaching evaluation results.It improves the training efficiency and the enthusiasm and satisfaction of nursing staff,at the same time saves the management cost and improves the management efficiency.Conclusion“Intelligent”management model has improved the science,effectiveness,fairness and satisfaction of the position training of clinical nursing staff,and it still needs to be improved in the future.
