单髁与全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节单间室骨关节炎

Single Condyle and Total Knee Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Knee Joint Single Compartment Osteoarthritis

目的探讨单髁与全膝关节置换术在膝关节单间室骨关节炎患者中的治疗效果,对比不同治疗方法对平衡功能的影响。方法将所在医院2016年4月—2019年3月期间收治的58例膝关节单间室骨关节炎患者纳入到本次调查中,按照1:1比例分组,观察组患者给予单髁关节置换术,对照组患者给予全膝关节置换术,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组术后疼痛评分、住院时间均明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3~6个月,观察组FMA(下肢)功能评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组随访期间Tecnobody本体感觉综合评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与全膝关节置换术相比,单髁关节置换术效果更为明显,可提高手术效果,改善肢体功能,维持肢体平衡功能。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of single condyle and total knee arthroplasty in patients with single compartment osteoarthritis of the knee joint,and to compare the effects of different treatment methods on balance function.Methods 58 patients with knee joint single compartment osteoarthritis admitted to the hospital from April 2016 to March 2019 were included in this survey.They were divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1:1.The patients in the observation group were treated with single condylar arthroplasty,the patients in the control group were treated with total knee arthroplasty,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative pain score and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the FMA(lower extremity)function score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)after 3 to 6 months of follow-up,and the Tecnobody proprioceptive comprehensive score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with total knee arthroplasty,single condylar arthroplasty is more effective,which can improve the operation effect,improve the limb function and maintain the limb balance function.
