盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的效果

Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Combined With Tinidazole on Chronic Periodontitis

目的评估盐酸米诺环素+替硝唑用药治疗方法在慢性牙周炎患者中使用的价值。方法对2017年4月—2019年10月62例慢性牙周炎患者凭借抽签方式开展组别区分,各组归入31例,实验组运用盐酸米诺环素+替硝唑用药治疗,参比组运用盐酸米诺环素用药治疗,总结牙周袋探诊深度统计值、牙龈沟出血指数统计值、附着水平统计值、菌斑指数统计值、用药不良反应计算值。结果实验组牙周袋探诊深度统计值、牙龈沟出血指数统计值、附着水平统计值、菌斑指数统计值少于参比组研究指标结果(P<0.05);各组用药不良反应计算值评比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论为慢性牙周炎患者选取盐酸米诺环素+替硝唑用药治疗方法显现良好效果。

Objective To evaluate the value of minocycline hydrochloride+tinidazole treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods From April 2017 to October 2019,62 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into groups by lot.Each group was classified into 31 cases.The experimental group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride+tinidazole.The reference group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride.Summarize the periodontal pocket exploration depth statistics,gingival sulcus bleeding index statistics,adhesion level statistics,plaque index statistics,and calculated adverse reactions.Results The statistical value of the periodontal pocket exploration depth,the gingival sulcus bleeding index,the adhesion level statistics,and the plaque index statistics in the experimental group were less than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the evaluation of the calculated values of adverse drug reactions in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride+tinidazole treatment method for patients with chronic periodontitis showed good results.
