阿司匹林联合低分子肝素对心肌梗死患者的效果

Effect of Aspirin Combined With Low Molecular Weight Heparin on Patients With Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨阿司匹林联合低分子肝素对心肌梗死患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月—12月在本院进行心肌梗死治疗的84例患者作为本研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组给予患者基础治疗的同时采用阿司匹林治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用低分子肝素治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的凝血功能以及临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后PLT水平低于对照组,而APTT以及PT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对心肌梗死患者采用阿司匹林与低分子肝素进行联合治疗,能够促使患者的凝血功能得到明显改善,治疗效果相对较好。

Objective To investigate the effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin on patients with myocardial infarction.Methods 84 patients who received myocardial infarction treatment in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into study group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin in addition to basic treatment,while those in the study group were treated with LMWH in addition to the control group.The clotting function and clinical effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,PLT level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while APTT and PT levels were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of aspirin and LMWH in patients with myocardial infarction can improve the coagulation function of patients,and the therapeutic effect is relatively good.
