优质护理在人工流产术后患者护理中的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of High Quality Nursing in the Nursing of Patients After Artificial Abortion

目的评价人工流产手术后运用优质护理的效果,在提高护理质量的基础上提高人工流产手术患者的身心安全性,降低重复人工流产风险。方法选择本院2017年9月—2019年9月收治行人工流产手术治疗的患者,总计200例。采取1:1比例法,进行200例人工流产患者进行分组护理,对照组100例患者采取常规人工流产护理,试验组100例患者配合实施优质护理服务,对比对照组与试验组人工流产手术患者组间情绪状况、护理满意度、疼痛状况。结果护理干预后,试验组人工流产手术患者情绪状况与疼痛状况评分均明显低于对照组,且护理总满意度高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础上落实优质护理干预可以进一步稳定人工流产手术患者的身心状况,进而提高患者安全性、护理满意度,促进患者康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality nursing after abortion,improve the physical and mental safety of patients with abortion on the basis of improving the quality of nursing,and reduce the risk of repeated abortion.Methods From September 2017 to September 2019,200 patients were selected for the treatment of artificial abortion.The method of 1:1 proportion was adopted to carry out group nursing for 200 patients with abortion,routine nursing for 100 patients in the control group,and high-quality nursing service for 100 patients in the experimental group.The emotional state,nursing satisfaction and pain state between the control group and the experimental group were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of emotional state and pain state of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total satisfaction of nursing was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,the implementation of high-quality nursing intervention can further stabilize the physical and mental status of patients with abortion,and then improve the safety of patients,nursing satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
