围生期综合护理干预对自然分娩率、母婴结局及护理质量的影响评价

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Perinatal Period on Natural Delivery Rate,Maternal and Infant Outcome and Nursing Quality

目的探究孕妇护理中予以围生期综合护理干预对其自然分娩率、母婴结局、护理质量的影响。方法本研究从本院待产产妇中选取样本,总例数为100例,研究时间始于2018年10月,止于2019年10月,依据护理方案的异同进分组,实验组予以围生期综合护理,对照组予以常规性护理,对比两组患者护理结果。结果研究明确,实验组与对照组患者在自然分娩率上存在差异,其中实验组患者较高(P<0.05);实验组与对照组在产程时间上存在差异,其中实验组较优(P<0.05);实验组与对照组患者在护理质量上存在差异,其中实验组患者较高(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组在新生儿Apgar评分上存在差异,其中实验组新生儿较高(P<0.05)。结论据此研究明确,孕妇护理中予以围生期综合护理干预,能提升孕妇自然分娩率,并改善护理质量与母婴结局。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive perinatal nursing intervention on the natural delivery rate,maternal and infant outcome and nursing quality of pregnant women.Methods In this study,samples were selected from the expectant mothers in the hospital.The total number of cases was 100.The study began in October 2018 and ended in October 2019.According to the similarities and differences of the nursing plan,the experimental group was given comprehensive perinatal care,the control group was given routine care,and the nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results It was clear that there were differences in natural delivery rate between the experimental group and the control group,among which the patients in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05);there were differences in the time of delivery between the experimental group and the control group,among which the experimental group was better(P<0.05);there were differences in nursing quality between the experimental group and the control group,among which the patients in the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).There was a difference in Apgar score between the experimental group and the control group,and the newborn in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion According to this study,comprehensive nursing intervention in perinatal period can improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women,and improve the quality of nursing and the outcome of mother and baby.
