摘要
目的探讨临床医学本科生眼科实习教学中,以问题为中心教学法(PBL)联合手术观摩教学法的应用效果。方法将56名五年制临床医学专业的本科实习生随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例,观察组按PBL联合手术观摩教学法的方式进行眼科教学,对照组按传统的教学方式进行教学,比较两组出科考试成绩和教学满意度。结果观察组出科考试成绩和教学满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合手术观摩教学法有助于充分调动学生的积极性、主动性,提高学生对眼科学习的兴趣和热情,提升学习效率。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with surgery observation teaching method in ophthalmology practice teaching for clinical medical undergraduates.Methods 56 five-year clinical medical students were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group was taught by PBL combined with surgery observation teaching method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination results and teaching satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with surgery observation teaching method can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of students,improve their interest and enthusiasm for ophthalmology learning,and improve learning efficiency.
