案例情景教学法在分娩教学中的应用观察

摘要 目的探讨案例情景教学法在分娩教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2019年12月在产科实习的临床助产护理实习生80名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,分别为40名。观察组进行案例情景教学,对照组进行传统教学。比较两组实习生的考试成绩、评判行思维能力和对教学方法的评价。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩分别为(91.46±2.29)分、(90.12±2.10)分,对照组为(86.17±1.43)分、(85.60±1.62)分;观察组理论成绩、操作成绩评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组评判性思维能力各维度的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对自主学习能力、专业精神、分娩专科技能、综合技能的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在分娩教学中采用案例情景教学法,提高学生的考试成绩、评判性思维能力,提高学生对教学方法的认可度。 Objective To explore the effect of case scenario teaching method in childbirth teaching.Methods A total of 80 clinical midwifery nursing interns in the obstetrics field from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group conducted case and scenario teaching,and the control group conducted traditional teaching.The two groups of interns were compared in their test results,their ability to judge their thinking ability,and their evaluation of teaching methods.Results The theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were(91.46±2.29)points,(90.12±2.10)points,and the control group were(86.17±1.43)points and(85.60±1.62)points;the theoretical and operational scores of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group in all dimensions of thinking ability were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's evaluation of autonomous learning ability,professional spirit,childbirth technical ability,and comprehensive skills were all higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The casescenario teaching method is used in childbirth teaching to improve students’test results,critical thinking ability,and students'recognition of teaching methods.
