模拟教学在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨情景模拟教学法在妇产科住院医师规范化培训初级阶段中的应用价值。方法选取常州市第一人民医院2016级—2019级硕士研究生学历妇产科住院医师规范化培训学员共76名,将其分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=36)。自2016年9月—2020年2月,分别在其规培第一年,对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用妇产科急症情景模拟教学法,通过问卷调查方式就住院医师对教学的综合满意度进行调查,采用教育环境评估量表评估教学效果。结果实验组在加深对相关疾病知识的了解、指导教师的评价、临床思维的培养、激发学习积极性、提高临床应变能力、加强临床操作能力、教学时间安排合理性及总体评价方面的打分普遍高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。实验组在对学习的知觉、对教师的知觉、对学术的知觉、对环境知觉的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。在社交和自我知觉方面两组评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论情景模拟教学法有助于提高妇产科住院医师在规范化培训初级阶段对妇产科急症的掌握程度,显著提高教学效果。 Objective To explore the value of application of scene simulation teaching method in standardized training of residents in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From September 2016 to February 2020,a total of 76 students from the 2016—2019 resident standardized training for obstetrics and gynecology from changzhou first people’s hospital were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the experimental group(n=36)according to the cluster random method.The control group used the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group used the scenario simulation teaching method.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the residents'comprehensive satisfaction.The Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM)was used to score the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The experimental group scored higher than the control group in terms of deepening their knowledge of related diseases,evaluation of instructors,training of clinical thinking,stimulating learning enthusiasm,improving clinical adaptability,strengthening clinical operation ability,rationality of teaching schedule and overall evaluation,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.The experimental group's perception of learning,teacher's perception,academic awareness,and environmental awareness scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in social and self-perception,P>0.05.Conclusion The scenario simulation teaching method is helpful to improve the resident's mastery of obstetrics and gynecology emergency training,and it has clinical significance.
