摘要
目的探讨导师制教学在心血管内科护理带教中的应用对于护生护理胜任能力的作用。方法将医院50例心血管内科护生,双盲随机法分二组。对照组给予常规教学,实验组实施导师制教学。比较两组教学方法评价分数、护理胜任能力评分。结果实验组的教学方法评价分数比对照组高(t=17.229,P=0.000<0.05),实验组的教学方法评价分数是(94.89±3.71)分,而对照组的教学方法评价分数是(80.01±2.21)分。实验组护理胜任能力评分包括护患沟通能力、查房能力、病房护理能力、护理技术均高于对照组,P<0.05,结论心血管内科护生实施导师制教学效果确切,可提高护理胜任能力。
Objective To explore the effect of tutor teaching on nursing competence of nursing students in cardiovascular medicine.Methods A total of 50 nursing students in cardiovascular department in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine teaching,while the experimental group was given tutorial teaching.The evaluation scores of teaching methods and nursing competence scores were compared between the two groups.Results The evaluation score of teaching methods in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(t=17.229,P=0.000<0.05).The evaluation score of teaching method in the experimental group was(94.89±3.71),while that in the control group was(80.01±2.21).The scores of nursing competence including nurse-patient communication ability,ward nursing ability,ward nursing ability and nursing technique in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of mentoring system for nursing students in cardiovascular medicine is accurate and can improve their nursing competence.
