摘要
人才培养方案是落实国家教育方针、组织开展教学活动、开展质量评价和教学改革的重要依据,决定着高校人才培养质量。在新时代教育背景下,对人才培养内涵和质量提出更高的要求,在制定人才培养方案的过程中要体现新时代教育的内涵和理念,专业应在学校人才培养定位的基础上,寻找适合自身发展之路,制定符合专业发展特色的培养方案。依据国家专业质量标准和专业认证的核心理念,人才培养方案的制定采取“逆向设计”的方法,按照成果导向,对培养目标、毕业要求和课程体系等核心内容进行设计。文章以地方医学院校人才培养方案制定过程为例,阐述了人才培养方案设计原则及设计过程。
The talent training program is an important basis for implementing the national education policy,organizing teaching activities,carrying out quality evaluation and teaching reform,and determines the quality of talent training in universities.In the context of new era education,higher requirements are put on the connotation and quality of talent training.In the process of formulating talent training programs,the connotation and philosophy of new era education should be reflected.On the road of self-development,formulate a training plan that meets the characteristics of professional development.According to the national professional quality standards and the core concept of professional certification,the"reverse design"method is adopted for the development of the talent training plan,and the core content such as the training goals,graduation requirements and curriculum system are designed according to the achievement orientation.This article takes the process of formulating talent training programs in local medical colleges as an example,and explains the design principles and design process of talent training programs.
